Tali is a 20-year veteran of the health care environment. As an R.N. with clinical experience in neurology/neurosurgery and hospice, she brings a multi-faceted career in strategic communications, public relations and regulatory affairs to Invigorate. Tali’s unique perspective offers clients expertise in building company and consumer brands, leveraging both traditional and social media.
Prior to joining Invigorate, Tali was the managing director of CarryOn Communication, responsible for driving the health and nutrition practice, in addition to popular consumer brands. At Baxter BioScience for 10 years, she was VP of Global Communications, after serving for several years in Regulatory Affairs, directing international licensing, product labeling and advertising, and pharmacovigilance. Tali started her career in 1992 at Genentech, ensuring compliance of clinical trials.
Tali graduated from UC Berkeley with a bachelor of arts in art history and received her M.S. in nursing from San Francisco State University.

Jim Weiss is a senior corporate communications counselor with more than 20 years of experience in strategic media and investor relations and marketing communications focused in the healthcare, medical device, biotechnology, pharmaceutical and life sciences industries.
He has been involved in nearly every aspect of corporate communications, including investor relations, annual report writing and design, crisis communications, U.S. and international media relations, government affairs, product marketing communications, collateral/press material development, web site design and content development, marketing and promotion, professional relations, symposia development and coordination, hospital PR department liaison, third-party advocacy group liaison, media and presentation training, direct-to-consumer advertising, product placement, and celebrity endorsements.
Before starting his own firm, Jim was director of corporate communications and investor relations at medical device start-up, Heartport, a pioneer in minimally invasive cardiac surgery. Prior to Heartport, Jim was director of worldwide product communications at Rhone-Poulenc Rorer Inc. (now Aventis) in its Paris headquarters where he led the public relations launches and programs for its leading products worldwide, including LOVENOX®, TAXOTERE®, Azmacort®, Nasacort®, Synercid®, Campto® and RILUTEK®.
Before that, he was at Genentech coordinating communications on behalf of its lead products in the early to mid-1990s: Activase® for heart attack and stroke, human growth hormone, Pulmozyme® for cystic fibrosis, and Herceptin® for breast cancer.
Prior to joining Genentech, Jim developed, supervised and implemented strategic public relations programs for such clients as Novartis, Procter & Gamble, Bristol-Myers Squibb Company, Pfizer, SmithKline Beecham and DuPont when he worked at some of the world's leading public relations agencies, including GTFH Public Relations, Hill & Knowlton, and Ketchum.
He graduated magna cum laude from Syracuse University's Newhouse School of Public Communication.

Diane Weiser brings more than 20 years of healthcare communications experience to Invigorate.
With expertise in a broad range of therapeutic categories including cardiology, dermatology, diagnostic imaging, endocrinology, infectious disease, oncology, ophthalmology, respiratory disease and urology, Diane has developed and managed strategic, high-profile programs for leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies including Pfizer, Genentech, Roche, Bayer Diagnostics, Allergan, Aventis, Celgene Corporation, and Scios/J&J.
Diane joined WeissComm Group from Ketchum San Francisco where she was director of the agency's West Coast healthcare practice and led the recent launch of Genentech's colon cancer treatment, Avastin™.
Prior to Ketchum San Francisco, Diane ran Ketchum's New York healthcare practice as well as the agency's global Lipitor® business. Throughout her career, she has counseled clients facing an array of marketing communications challenges including regulatory and cost scrutiny, ethical dilemmas and fierce competition. On behalf of her clients, Diane has fostered relationships with physician opinion leaders and influential professional and patient organizations and has managed product launches, physician/patient awareness campaigns, corporate positioning and crisis communications.
Previously, Diane was senior vice president and director of Makovsky & Company's health sciences division, where she was responsible for overseeing the management and growth of the practice. She developed and managed corporate and product-focused programs as well as a number of FDA approvals including Celgene's THALOMID®, Schering-Plough's CEDAX®, Boehringer Ingelheim's benign prostatic hyperplasia treatment, Flomax®, and Allergan Corporation's cataract lens implant.
Diane began her public relations career in the Healthcare Division of Burson-Marsteller, where she held several positions, rising to manager of client service.
She is a member of the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association and received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications/Public Relations from The American University.

Paul is eMedia Director of Invigorate Communications. Paul's experience includes a broad range of significant and Fortune 500 brands for which Paul has developed strategic branding, communications, and marketing campaigns through online and social media channels. Paul is particularly versed in online programming for the healthcare, entertainment, retail, travel, and gaming industries and at developing holistic, top to bottom campaigns that incorporate SEO, social media, site development, media placements, and interactive assets. Current and former clients have included Virgin Megastore, IBM, Symantec, Coors Brewing, New Balance, Hansen's Soda, Macanudo Cigars, Nature Made Vitamins, Elan Pharmaceuticals, Novartis, GlaxoSmithKline, and Actelion.
As eMedia Director for Invigorate Communications, Paul oversees social and new media programming for Invigorate Communications' health and consumer brands as well as healthcare clients. Paul joined Invigorate from CarryOn Communication, a mid-size consumer public relations firm with headquarters in Los Angeles, where he served as Managing Director of Interactive.
Prior to CarryOn, Paul founded and operated NewMediAwake, a Las Vegas-based consultancy which offered social media training and development for large corporate communication and marketing teams.
